Blue Skies Fall

Five-minute weekly reflection

Five minutes. Three questions. One clearer next step.

Weekly reflection does not need a long journal entry. Notice something useful about the week that just happened, choose one thing to carry into the next one, then stop.

There is no score and nothing to catch up on. One or two honest sentences per question is enough.

The five-minute version

Keep the format smaller than the week.

Use the three start-here questions below, or swap them for another reviewed set.

  1. 01Minute 1

Choose the three questions. Do not optimise the choice.

  2. 02Minutes 2–4

Answer each in one or two sentences. Short is the point.

  3. 03Minute 5

Choose one next step small enough to act on.

Your three questions

Notice. Learn. Choose.

Nothing you write here is saved or sent anywhere.

01Notice

What helped this week go better?

Notice something worth repeating or protecting.

02Learn

What would I do the same way again?

Keep one useful pattern instead of reviewing everything.

03Choose

What matters most next?

Choose a direction, not a complete plan.

Minute 5

Next week will be easier if I…

Make the answer small enough that you can recognise the first move.

Poster generation happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

If the week was messy

You do not have to find a lesson in everything.

A difficult or chaotic week can end with a very ordinary answer: “That was a lot. Next week I want to make one thing simpler.”

If the week was good

Do not reflect only to find problems.

Notice what worked so you can protect it. A good week is useful information too.
