Not a weekly reset
Use this for now, not for the next seven days.
If what you actually need is to look over the week, choose the Sunday Reset. This page is deliberately narrower: one source of friction, one ten-minute boundary.
10-minute reset
Use this when one small thing is making the next hour harder. Pick the kind of friction that is actually in the way, follow one bounded plan and stop when the timer ends.
This is not a miniature Sunday reset and it is not a challenge to see how much you can squeeze into ten minutes. One lane is the whole reset.
What is in the way?
Pick the option that would make the next part of the day noticeably easier. Choosing another lane resets the timer and clears the current plan.
Your reset
Reset one small physical starting point. The boundary matters more than how tidy the rest of the room is.
Use the ten minutes on tiny practical loops, not the whole backlog.
Make the next start easier without planning the whole day or the whole week.
Use this when the problem is not a lack of options but the absence of a first one.
Nothing here is saved, uploaded or sent anywhere.

The timer can win
When ten minutes ends, you are allowed to stop with a half-cleared surface, one message still unsent or a plan that is only partly prepared. The boundary keeps a small reset small.
